What's Inside the Academy:
You’ll have immediate access to 10 hours of expert instruction.
And to help you organize everything, you’ll also get the digital file of the OL Workbook so you can track everything you learn in one place as you go through the Academy.
By the end of the Academy you’ll have everything you need to coach the OL at an elite level.
Here are the lessons:
Lesson 1: Personnel
You’ll learn and see how to position your players correctly and in a way that adapts to your players.
Lesson 2: Stance & Splits
The secret sauce to great OL play is knowing how to teach your linemen “smart” splits. This method of teaching will have your players in the right position all the time without you having to make adjustments.
Lesson 3: Plays & Concepts
Every OL group is different. You will see how to identify the strengths and weaknesses of your players so the plays and concepts match up.
Lesson 4: Organizing Practice
The OL group is a careful coordination of 5 different people. It’s tough to execute and tough to practice. In this lesson you’ll get the inside scoop on how to get your 5 guys working together.
Lesson 5: Drill Book
One of the best things we’ve ever done is create a drill book. It helps every coach and player that comes into our program and makes sure we’re focusing on the right things.
Lesson 6: Game Management
Making adjustments on the fly is a skill that usually takes years of trial and error to develop. In this lesson, you’ll see how to take the information that your players are telling you and make expert adjustments in the heat of battle.
Lesson 7: Grading
Giving your players is vital not only for them, but for you. Knowing what to look for is key so you don’t waste time working on things that don’t move the needle.
Lesson 8: Opponent Breakdown
Giving your players the right information is how you build trust and it also focuses your practices.
