In this lesson, you need to decide how your offense will use shifts and/or motions to confuse a defense or to help gain a numbers advantage. While some offense will not use motions or shifts much, I believe you need them in most offensive systems.

Working through how you will do so is important. A good offense will have the ability to do so with simple tag words. Like formations, you want to be able to move players without being too wordy.
